McCutcheon High School teachers and students are starting the year with extra support thanks to Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette. As part of the Subaru Loves Learning® initiative in partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org®, the dealership donated $6,000 along with essential school supplies to “adopt” classrooms at the school.

The donation will directly benefit students and help teachers purchase classroom materials.

"The McCutcheon community is very grateful for the generosity of Zeigler Subaru and the partnership with Adopt-A-Classroom,” says Principal Gloria Grigsby. “This program allows our staff to purchase innovative materials for classroom use that we would otherwise not be able to have. The students benefit from the creativity and our staff feels supported by our community. The Mavericks appreciate the donations and plan to put the resources to very good use."

This is the fourth year the company has donated funds and school supplies to McCutcheon High School.
