New Student Registration

STUDENTS NEW TO KLONDIKE MIDDLE - School Year 2025-26 

2025-26 School Year Registration Information 

• Complete the 2025-26 New Student Intake Form (Use this link for the 2025-26 School Year ONLY)
• Submit Required paperwork for new families:
  • Proof of residency in the Klondike district. Review boundary map here.
  • Custody/guardianship papers 
  • Birth certificate and immunization record
  • Official Picture I.D. of parent/caretaker enrolling the student(s).
  • Name and address of prior school, if applicable.

These documents can be scanned and sent via email to asbieghler@tsc.k12.in.us (preferred) or sent in the mail to 3070 US-231 North, West Lafayette, IN 47906.
