STUDENTS NEW TO KLONDIKE MIDDLE - Year 2024-2025

• Please complete pre-registration Google form here. 
• Required paperwork for new families:
  • Proof of residency in the Klondike district. Review boundary map here.
  • Custody/guardianship papers 
  • Birth certificate and immunization record
