ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A FINAL FORMS ACCOUNT AND A CURRENT ATHLETIC PHYSICAL (dated after 4/1/24) TO BE ELIGILBLE FOR TRYOUTS FOR ANY SPORT during the 2024-25 School Year. Paper copies of physicals will not be accepted. Please upload your physical in Final Forms.
